AMERICA'S DIPLOMATS: STORIES OF SERVICE AND GLOBAL IMPACT
The America's Diplomats Speaker Series is a video series dedicated to
recognizing and celebrating the career diplomats and foreign policy
professionals who represent the best of America on the global stage. Over the course of their careers, they have served with distinction, exemplified the highest personal and professional standards, and commitment to advancing American values and principles — often through the most difficult circumstances. Through powerful storytelling, America's Diplomats traces the journeys of these professionals, from their origins to their remarkable achievements across decades of public service. By sharing their personal experiences and the critical roles they play in diplomacy, the series shines a light on the richness of varying perspectives and enduring commitment by individuals who represent America abroad.
For viewers, the series shows that a career in foreign policy is within reach.
The intimate interview sessions explore each speaker’s background,
highlighting the skills, mentors, and determination that helped them get where
they are. Our speakers are deeply passionate about their chosen field and eager
to connect and inspire the future generation of public servants. For current
public servants, we hope this series serves as a reminder of the invaluable
contributions you can and do make to our country.
The America’s Diplomats Speakers Series is made possible by the Una
Chapman Cox Foundation and is part of the Institute for the Study of
Diplomacy’s broader mission to enhance and expand understanding of and
